Overview

These Terms explain the rules for using Curated Style Inc. ("Curated," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, selfie color analysis, onboarding, personal Style Guides, daily looks, product recommendations, shopping tools, membership, and account services. By creating an account, uploading a photo, accepting these Terms at checkout, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using Curated, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Our Service

Curated is a personal styling and shopping technology service. Based on the selfie and information you choose to share, Curated may provide personal color direction, a personalized 25-piece selection, three fresh styled outfit ideas each day, fit and style notes, and shopping recommendations. Exact retailer products are checked in Shop before a purchase option is shown.

Some features are experimental or available only to certain plans, locations, or testing groups. Product coverage is not an exhaustive search of every item or retailer, and features, limits, inventory, and recommendations may change as the service develops.

Curated provides styling guidance, not medical, legal, identity, financial, or other professional advice. Our analysis is not a definitive judgment about your body, identity, attractiveness, health, or personal worth.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use Curated. You agree to provide accurate information, use the service for lawful personal purposes, and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and should contact us if you believe it has been compromised.

Your Photos, Profile, and Inputs

You retain ownership of photos, preferences, measurements, feedback, and other information you provide, and you confirm that you have the right to share them.

You allow Curated and the service providers that help us operate the product to host, process, analyze, and display this content only as reasonably needed to provide and personalize Curated, support you, maintain security, and improve service quality. Retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.

In the current selfie experience, your photo may remain visible on your device while you review the result. Curated keeps the color result and guide details needed for continuity, not a raw selfie or face crop as the guide record. Limited transient processing by service providers may be required to complete the analysis.

AI and Personalized Recommendations

Curated may use computer vision, artificial intelligence, styling rules, retailer data, and human review to produce color analysis, recommendations, rankings, outfits, and explanations. These systems can make mistakes, and results may be affected by lighting, image quality, available product data, and the information you provide.

Style and fit are subjective. You should review the retailer's product details, sizing, price, availability, and return policy before purchasing.

Products, Prices, Fit, and Images

Curated may recommend real products offered by independent retailers. We may check a product's color, size, price, and availability when it is shown or before checkout, but retailers can change that information at any time. A product marked available means the relevant source reported availability when checked; it is not a guarantee that the item will remain available.

Fit and size suggestions are estimates. Images, composites, and generated or edited visualizations may not perfectly represent a product's exact color, texture, scale, construction, or real-life fit. The final retailer listing or checkout controls if it conflicts with a Curated summary.

Retailers, Checkout, and Commissions

Unless a checkout screen or order confirmation expressly identifies Curated as the seller, the applicable retailer is the seller and merchant of record. That retailer controls fulfillment, shipping, returns, exchanges, warranties, and product support.

Curated may link to a retailer, prepare a cart, or facilitate payment through a third-party provider where available. A bag containing several retailers may produce separate orders, charges, packages, delivery dates, and return processes. Demo or simulated checkout experiences will be identified and will not create a real charge or retailer order.

Curated may earn a commission or referral fee when you buy through certain links. Any material relationship will also be disclosed clearly beside the relevant recommendation or purchase link.

Membership, Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

Curated Membership is offered at the monthly or annual price shown before checkout. The checkout screen will show the billing frequency, included service, any trial or promotion, the amount and timing of the first paid charge, and the recurring renewal amount.

Membership renews automatically on the selected schedule until cancelled. By accepting the recurring-billing disclosure at checkout, you authorize Curated and its payment provider to charge the selected payment method as disclosed.

You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@curated.style. We will process the request without requiring a phone call. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then.

Trials and promotional offers convert to the disclosed paid plan unless cancelled before the stated deadline. Price changes apply prospectively, with notice where required.

Curated's 14-day money-back guarantee applies to eligible Curated Membership charges, not third-party merchandise. To request a membership refund, email us within 14 days of the applicable paid charge. Product returns and refunds remain subject to the applicable seller's policy.

Payments and Third Parties

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Curated does not store your full card number. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you may use that method and authorize the charges displayed when you approve the transaction.

Curated also relies on retailers, hosting, analytics, communications, AI, image-processing, and other providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. A third-party link does not by itself imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Communications

We may send messages needed to operate your account, deliver your guide, process payments, provide security notices, and support purchases. Marketing messages use a separate consent and may be unsubscribed from at any time.

Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

Do not misuse Curated, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape or resell the service, upload content you lack permission to share, commit payment or refund fraud, or violate another person's rights.

Curated and its licensors own the service, branding, interfaces, recommendation systems, and original materials. You may use your personal guide and recommendations for personal, noncommercial shopping and wardrobe planning.

Disclaimers and Liability

Curated is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect color analysis or fit, continued product availability, exact screen-to-product color, retailer fulfillment, or that every recommendation will match your taste.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curated will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or losses caused by third-party retailers or products. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Termination, Changes, and Contact

You may stop using Curated or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend access for fraud, security risk, nonpayment, misuse, or a material violation of these Terms.

We may update the service or these Terms. For material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice or request consent where required.
